Please read the current Ordinance regarding park usage, (Click the link), to get information on the rules for using Park District resources.
Once you have confirmed that the date you want to reserve is available with the Reservation coordinator, download the Pavilion reservation form and Pavilion contract by clicking the link below.
Pavilion reservation and contract form
After filling out the forms, they should be mailed back to the Reservation coordinator.
Payment for the reservations must be received within 2 weeks of making the reservation. If payment is not received the pavilion will not be reserved.
Konarcik Park Pavilions
East – Approximately 36 person capacity, 2 12′ tables, 2 6′ tables, 1 grill.
Lakeside – Approximately 108 person capacity, 6 12′ tables, 6 6′ tables, 2 8′ serving tables, 2 grills.
Marie – Approximately 72 person capacity, 12 6′ tables, 1 grill.
Memorial – Approximately 108 person capacity, 6 12′ tables, 6 6′ tables, 2 8′ serving tables, 2 grills.
Pine – Approximately 110 person capacity, 6 12′ tables, 5 6′ tables, 1 8′ table, 2 6′ serving tables, 1 grill.
West – Approximately 38 person capacity, 2 12′ tables, 1 8′ table, 1 6′ table, 1 grill.
Lakeview Park Pavilions
IOOF – Approximately 74 person capacity, 1 8′ tables, 11 6′ tables, 2 8′ serving tables, 1 grill.
Sewing – Approximately 72 person capacity, 12 6′ tables, 2 8′ serving tables, 1 grill.
William Zimmer Memorial Park Pavilions
Angela – Approximately 60 person capacity, 10 6′ tables, 2 8′ serving tables, 1 grill.
Sondag – Approximately 60 person capacity, 10 6′ tables, 2 8′ serving tables, 1 grill.
Lions Park Pavilions
Lions – Approximately 20 person capacity, 2 6′ tables, 1 grill.
